Our interest bearing savings account designed for individuals who want easy record keeping with a "Savings Passook".
- An initial minimum deposit of $10 is required to open this type of account.
- The minimum quarterly balance fee of $3 will be waived, if you maintain a $50 minimum balance each day during the quarter.
- You will be issued a “Savings Passbook” to track and record all of your transactions.
- Your Interest Rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) may change. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account at any time.
- Account fees may reduce your earnings.
- Interest will be compounded and credited to your account quarterly and begins to accrue on the business day of your deposit.
- We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.
- You will need to maintain a minimum balance of $100 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed APY.
- Transaction limits apply. You are limited to six (6) pre-authorized withdrawals/transfers per calendar month including; ACH, Internet, Telephone, or Wire Transfers. No limits apply to withdrawals/transfers made by Mail, Messenger, or in Person at any Progressive Bank location.
- We reserve the right to at any time require not less than 7-days notice in writing before each withdrawal from an interest-bearing account other than a time depsit account.
- 24-hour convenient account access through our Telephone Call Center and our Online Banking Net-Teller service. (registration required)
