Progressive Bank is continually working on improving your Online Banking experience and we are launching as of August 1, 2012, two additional Online Banking services.
First is “My Net Teller & Payment Center”. This will provide you with alternative, customizable viewing pages for your Online Banking Services. It provides a new “Dashboard” style view of various Net Teller & Bill Pay information. Just click on the My Net Teller and/or Payment Center tab from the main pages and follow the online instructions to configure the way your information is presented within the sections. Once configured, just select the box “Set as Start Page” and enjoy the convenience of using Progressive Bank’s Online Banking Services.
Secondly, we are installing additional “Multifactor Authentication (MFA)” security features for your Online Banking Access. Upon your first access into Net Teller after August 1st, you will be prompted to select a “Watermark” image from hundreds of images available. This image will be displayed to ensure that you have logged into our legitimate Online Banking site and not a fraudulent site designed to steal your Online credentials or personal information. Should you not see your selected image during your login process, discontinue the login process and call the bank immediately.
We will also have you re-select (3) “Security Questions” (every 180 days) to be used either in the event we cannot identify the computer used to access your Online accounts or if you are a Bill Pay customer and you initiate payments that are not normal based on your Bill Pay history or any Bill Pay transaction that is $1,000.00 or higher.
